Leadership Experience

 CQAPS is led by professionals with over 30 years extensive experience supporting Department of Defense, federal agencies, and high-risk operational environments, including construction, environmental remediation, and munitions response programs.

Our leadership brings:

• Direct experience working with NAVFAC, USACE, and other federal contracting authorities 
• Deep understanding of federal QA/QC frameworks, including NAVFAC P-445, USACE quality management practices, and DDESB-aligned safety expectations 
• Proven performance in contractor oversight, program execution, and risk management 
• Backgrounds in mission-critical operations, where quality failures and safety incidents carry significant operational and financial consequences
